1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the winbot33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with registration or use of this platform.

These terms and conditions form a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and winbot33 ("Platform"). Continued use of this platform following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those amendments.

2. Registration and Account Management

Every user registering with winbot33 must provide true, accurate and complete information during the registration process. This information includes the full name as per MyKad, an active mobile number, a valid email address, and any other details required for identity verification.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual, whether using different personal details or other methods, is prohibited. winbot33 reserves the right to terminate all duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds held in them.

• Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Transferring or sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Users must notify customer support immediately if their account is accessed without authorisation.
• An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is approved.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

The winbot33 platform supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or equivalent cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM10.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• All payment accounts must be registered in the same name as the winbot33 account.
• winbot33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Users must ensure that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and are not connected to any illegal activity. winbot33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

winbot33 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered users. All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

• Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn as cash — they must first be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new account.
• winbot33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of fraud, promotion abuse or a breach of terms.
• The VIP programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering a different weekly cashback rate.
• Other promotions may be offered from time to time, subject to the specific terms announced alongside them.

Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through hedge betting, placing minimum bets to meet requirements, or other strategies considered to be abusing promotions is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

5. Game Rules and Betting

• All game results are final once processed by the system.
• Any technical error or system disruption that occurs during a game will be resolved in accordance with the winbot33 policy applicable at that time.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except in certain circumstances specified in the relevant game rules.
• winbot33 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any match, event or game for technical or security reasons.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, subject to the specific game conditions.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The winbot33 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure continuous availability, winbot33 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or communication interruptions.

• winbot33 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Users bet at their own risk. Gambling does not guarantee a financial return.
• winbot33 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
• Game results produced by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final.

Any dispute regarding game results or financial transactions must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period may not be able to be processed.

10. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
